Shallow Creek: A Blend of Landscape Maintenance and Enhancements
At Lucas & Clark Grounds Company, we take pride in our ability to transform and maintain beautiful landscapes for our clients. One such project we have had the pleasure of working on is a property located in Great Falls, VA. Our team has been responsible for ongoing maintenance, as well as several enhancements, that have left the client extremely satisfied with the results. In this feature, we will walk you through the various services we provided and the impressive transformation of this property.
At Shallow Creek, we have combined routine maintenance with specialized enhancements to cultivate a vibrant, inviting outdoor space that perfectly reflects the client’s vision. As a long-term maintenance client, Shallow Creek already benefits from our regular care and attention to detail. Recently, we took this landscape to new heights with a series of enhancements designed by our in-house landscpe design expert, Maryann.
The enhancement work at Shallow Creek included carefully selected plant replacements and new plant installations that add depth and color to the landscape. We installed a fountain as a stunning focal point, surrounded by adjusted hardscaping that accentuates its presence and adds a sense of tranquility to the space. Seasonal annual flowers were also added to bring fresh, dynamic color throughout the year, creating a continually changing and engaging visual experience.
Our team even introduced subtle lighting work to highlight the landscape’s features and create a warm, inviting atmosphere in the evening. Each enhancement was carefully planned to integrate seamlessly with the existing layout, ensuring a cohesive, harmonious appearance.
The Shallow Creek project exemplifies Lucas & Clark Grounds Company’s commitment to creating and maintaining outdoor spaces that offer both beauty and functionality. By combining our expertise in landscape maintenance with thoughtful enhancements, we’ve transformed Shallow Creek into a serene, meticulously designed oasis in Great Falls, VA.
