ARLINGTON, VA
Tranquil Commercial Landscaping for Arlington Workspaces
At 1530 Wilson Blvd in Arlington, Lucas & Clark Grounds Company was commissioned in 2022 to create an outdoor environment that would be both inviting to visitors and provide a relaxing space for employees within the building to unwind and enjoy.
The goal was to balance the property’s modern, structured architecture with lush, vibrant landscaping that fosters a sense of calm and well-being, offering employees a serene outdoor retreat to relax during breaks or gather in a peaceful setting. Since our design and installation in 2022, we’ve provided regular maintenance to keep the space clean, vibrant, and beautifully maintained.
The landscape design showcases structured planting beds featuring layered greenery and seasonal flowers. Strategically selected plantings, including lush shrubs and vibrant flowering annuals, were arranged to provide year-round interest and dynamic curb appeal.
A tailored irrigation system was integrated to ensure the landscape remains lush and vibrant, even through the hottest months, reducing maintenance needs for the property. The system supports every aspect of the landscape, from the elegant floral displays that frame the entryway to the carefully manicured beds around the property.
Lucas & Clark Grounds Company is proud to have transformed 1530 Wilson Blvd into a welcoming, visually appealing space that reflects the property’s sophisticated style and ensures a lasting impression for all who visit.
